- The Skeleton Knife takes its design cues from the Renegade Tactical Steel G4 Stryker, a model known for its throwing capabilities. Its distinctive three fuller indents can be discerned beneath the tape wrapping.
- When equipping the Skeleton Knife, players have an equal chance of performing a stylish twirl with it around their hand.
- Additionally, during the inspection animation, there’s a rare occurrence where the player might thread their finger through the knife's blade-handle gap, spinning it as long as the inspect button is held. Releasing the button stops the animation and returns the character to their standard pose, adding a layer of unique interactivity to this already coveted item.
