The better product you supply to clients in Schedule 1, the more loyalty and income you will receive. To achieve this, you need to know every effect and how to obtain it, as customers often expect a specific type of their 'special' product. In this article, you'll learn everything you need to know about the effects of narcotic products in Schedule 1.
Every product consumed by your clients in Schedule 1 has unique properties based on its ingredients. Some are merely cosmetic, while others alter character behavior: making skin glow or the head enlarge, while others increase energy, induce a sedative effect, or can even be lethal.
Some NPCs explicitly demand specific effects from the narcotic product, and if your product matches their preferences, the likelihood of a sale increases significantly, as does the revenue from the sale. One product can contain up to ten effects, and each added effect changes its properties and value.
You can test the effects on yourself or others, and when they accumulate, the results can be very unpredictable. If something goes wrong and you want to quickly shed an effect, just drink an Energy Drink.
Your first mixing station will be unlocked as part of the Mixing Mania task. The station has two slots: one for the product and one for the ingredient. To add multiple effects, you'll need to mix them step-by-step.
For example: start with OG Kush, mix it with Banana to get the Gingeritis effect. Then mix it with Paracetamol to get the Gingeritis and Sneaky effects.
There are 16 basic effects in total, each added by simply mixing with one ingredient. For instance, Donut adds the Calorie-Dense effect, while Gasoline adds Toxic. Basic effects require no prior preparation—just add the ingredient, and it activates.
Ingredients are sold at Western or Southern Gas Mart, but access to them is gradually unlocked depending on your rank. Initially, you'll have access only to cheaper components, with more powerful ones becoming available later.

Advanced effects are not granted by simple ingredients. To obtain them, you need to combine a specific ingredient with a product that already has a basic effect. It's like crafting—you have a base, then transform it into something new.
For example, if you mix Sedating + Energy Drink, you get Munchies. If you have Calming + Mega Bean, you get Glowing. The simplest way is to work backward: first create the basic effect, then add the ingredient that transforms it.
The game features over 30 advanced effects, some of which—like Electrifying or Smelly—can only be obtained through chain mixes. These aren't just gimmicks: some clients demand these specific effects, and high-level buyers won't accept anything but clearly defined combinations.
