What Patch 14.23 Will Bring

With the release of patch 14.23 in League of Legends, players can expect fresh changes aimed at improving balance and gameplay dynamics. The update brings buffs and nerfs to a range of champions and items, as well as adjustments to certain mechanics and systems.

Champion and Item Buffs

Some champions, such as Miss Fortune, Master Yi, Rammus, and Rengar, have received buffs to enhance their combat characteristics and impact in the game. In addition, the attributes of the item Yun Tal Wildarrows have been improved to increase its appeal in battle.

Champion and Item Nerfs

Some changes are aimed at weakening dominating champions and items to balance their influence in the game. In this patch, nerfs have targeted champions such as Caitlyn, Teemo, Skarner, Shyvana, Zac, Kha'Zix, Tahm Kench (in AP version), and Kog'Maw. Among items, the nerf will affect Youmuu's Ghostblade (for ranged champions only) and Collector.

System and Mechanics Adjustments

The patch also introduced adjustments to the bounty system and reworked certain champions, including Rell, Aurora, Ambessa, Jinx, and Smolder. These changes aim to create a more balanced gameplay experience and increase strategic diversity.
