Unexpected addition to the HIT Gaming coaching staff

Teams rarely make changes to their roster during the competitive season, but that's exactly what happened with the Japanese Tier-2 club HIT Gaming. Today, it was announced that two new members have joined the team, Rader as the head coach, and melosqn as his assistant.

The team announced the addition on their official Twitter account. The club's management highly values the new members and hopes that they will show excellent results and prepare the players for the upcoming competitions in the second stage of the Challengers League 2024 Japan.

The main focus is naturally on the head coach Rader, who has previously successfully managed the FENNEL Female women's team. Thanks to his guidance, the girls became the silver medalists of VCT 2023: Game Changers Japan Split 2, and later took 4th place at Game Changers East Asia. His new assistant, melosqn, is a less experienced coach, but he has also managed to make a good impression on the Tier-3 scene.

Recall that HIT Gaming failed their performance at the open qualifiers of the Challengers League 2024 Japan, as a result of which they did not make it to the main tournament. Now, with the addition of a new experienced coach, the team has every chance to show themselves at the qualifications of the second stage, and make it to the event.
