The organizers of the VALORANT Champions Tour in the EMEA region have announced a series of changes set to take effect with the launch of Stage 2. These changes pertain to the studio, broadcasts, and player interactions. The main goal is to improve match conditions and increase audience engagement.

Broadcast Changes and Introduction of New Players

The second stage will feature new elements: faster and more informative replays, with a focus on strategies and in-game moments. Team communications will also remain part of the broadcast. During the first week of Stage 2, new players will be introduced on air: graphics, statistics, and interesting facts will help viewers get acquainted with the newcomers and choose their favorites.

Studio Update

Player preparation rooms have been upgraded: peripheral devices have been improved to provide training conditions that closely mimic actual match environments. Equipment updates are promised by the end of the year, with new PCs launching in 2026.

Broadcast equipment has been enhanced. Viewers can now expect clearer audio from hosts and co-streamers. This update should enhance the sense of presence when watching matches.

Exhibition and Summer Atmosphere

Seasonal music has been added to the broadcast — a summer playlist will serve as the musical accompaniment to matches, enhancing the atmosphere of each round. In celebration of VALORANT's fifth anniversary, a fan art exhibition will be held at the Riot studio in Berlin. Attendees can expect art installations, refreshments, show matches featuring popular creators, and a themed zone with a new skin line.

Player Council

The league has established the VCT EMEA Pro Player Council. Each team has delegated a representative to establish direct communication with organizers and share opinions on league development. A closed chat has also been created for discussions.

Partnership with Herman Miller

Herman Miller Embody gaming chairs are now used on stage. The new partner has become the official chair supplier for VCT EMEA, enhancing player comfort during matches.

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 will take place from July 16 to September 1 in Berlin, Germany. During the event, 12 partner teams will compete for $250,000 and 2 slots at VALORANT Champions 2025. You can follow the schedule and match results on Bo3.
