At the VALORANT Champions 2024 tournament, the Pick’Em system showed an interesting side. During the group stage, it was announced that achieving a perfect prediction was impossible, but only four participants managed to get through with just one mistake.
The group stage was full of surprises
The Chinese team Trace Esports took first place, while the Masters Shanghai winners, Gen.G, were eliminated from the tournament. Achieving just one mistake is a significant accomplishment.
Of the top four participants, two predicted Leviatán in first place and Trace Esports in second place in Group C. One predicted Fnatic in first place and DRX in second place in Group A, while another foresaw FUT Esports and Paper Rex in 3rd and 4th places in Group D.
Distribution with two mistakes was also reviewed, and it became clear that predicting TE in first place in Group C was very difficult. Other errors included swapping FNC/DRX in Group A and SEN/TH in Group B.
Although the "100%" title is no longer available, players can still earn the "Conqi Buddy" for reaching the top 50% and the "PICK’EM Master: Conqi Buddy" for the top 20%, based on the playoff results. Pick’Em registration is open from August 12, so give it a try!

A new agent is expected to be announced on August 23, along with the opportunity to predict Champions winners through Pick’Em. Riot Games has provided an update on the upcoming VALORANT Champions 2024 world tournament.
