Over 180,000 viewers tuned in for Red Bull Home Ground #4 at the peak of its popularity

Today, the well-known information portal Esports Charts, which publishes viewership statistics, shared information regarding Red Bull Home Ground #4. According to the portal, at the peak of popularity, the main event during the off-season was watched by 180,783 viewers.

The third most popular match was Fnatic against ZETA DIVISION. Interestingly, the match did not present an exciting confrontation, as "Orange" ultimately defeated the Japanese opponents with a crushing score of 13-5.

In second place, again, was a match featuring Fnatic against a Japanese team, this time FENNEL. Despite the latter being considered a tier-2 team, its players showed a commendable fight against the top of the European scene but eventually lost with a score of 10-13.

The most popular event was, unsurprisingly, the grand final and the thrilling clash between Fnatic and Cloud9. After five tense maps, Fnatic claimed a hard-fought victory and the title of champions.

Interestingly, in all of the top three matches, the top-1 European scene team Fnatic was featured. The team, after a fantastic season, has won several championship cups, and recently added a trophy from Red Bull Home Ground #4 to their collection. The team's successes have made "Orange" the most popular team in the entire discipline, so it's no wonder that viewers preferred matches with their participation.

Remember that Red Bull Home Ground #4 took place from November 3 to 5, 2023, in a LAN format in Tokyo. Among the eight participating teams, Fnatic emerged as the strongest, claiming the champion's title. Interestingly, even two days after the tournament's conclusion, the organizers have not announced the prize pool amount, so it's possible the clubs were fighting solely for general recognition.
