NRG unveils updated Valorant roster for VCT 2025, signing Verno and mada

Andrew "Verno" Maust and Adam "mada" Pampuch have become the newest members of NRG's Valorant roster. The team also appointed a new head coach.

Expectations vs Reality

NRG had high ambitions for the VCT 2024 season, assembling a roster of star players and world champions, signing Max "Demon1" Mazanov and Ethan "Ethan" Arnold. However, despite a strong start and a 3rd-4th place finish at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Americas Kickoff, the subsequent results were less encouraging. The management made decisive changes, including adjustments to the roster, replacing Demon1 and Marved with FNS and s0m. Yet, the final outcomes remained unchanged.

Updated roster

Andrew "Verno" Maust and Adam "mada" Pampuch are not the only new additions to NRG's Valorant roster. Malkolm "bonkar" Rench also joined as the new head coach. Rumors suggest that bonkar was at the center of significant "hunting" among top VCT clubs, but he ultimately chose NRG.

First challenge

Currently, NRG is not participating in any OFF//SEASON 2024 tournaments. If the situation remains unchanged, we will only see them in action in 2025 at the VCT 2025: Americas Kickoff, which will open the new season.
