Chris "Elmapuddy" Tebbit, a former coach from another discipline, Counter-Strike, who has coached the Gen.G Valorant team for two years, has joined Fnatic as the head coach for the VCT 2024 season. Following the most successful season, the former coach of the "orange-blacks" chose to step down from the position of his own accord, to give more attention and time to his family.

The first tournament under the guidance of Chris "Elmapuddy" Tebbit will be Red Bull Home Ground 4, where the team received a direct invitation. Red Bull Home Ground 4 will take place from November 3 to 5 in the capital of Japan - Tokyo. This tournament is part of the announced events in the OFF//SEASON series. The event will feature 8 teams competing over 2 days for the championship title and prize pool. There is no information regarding the size of the prize pool at the moment.
