As with previous games in the series, DOOM: The Dark Ages is filled with various collectibles. However, the miniature toys stand out the most. These figures are miniature replicas of enemies, allies, and characters that can be found in various corners of the campaign levels.
There are a total of 24 toys in the game, which can be found in 19 out of 22 chapters. Collecting the entire set is not only satisfying for any perfectionist but also unlocks the Toy Collector trophy or achievement.

Chapter 1 — Village of Khalim
In the first chapter of DOOM: The Dark Ages, two toys are hidden, both located in secret areas.
Toy #1 – Imp
The Imp toy is located behind a small locked gate near where the blue key is found. After obtaining the key, don't follow the main route; instead, turn left into the alley marked with a question mark.

Toy #2 – Soldier
The Soldier toy is located in the section with demonic portals. Near the shredder crate, you can descend to a lower level where this figure is hidden.

Chapter 2 — Hebeth
Toy #3 – Imp Stalker
Shortly after you acquire the Shield Saw, you'll find a lever that opens a door. Instead of activating it immediately, check the left side where there are crates. Climb onto them and jump into the shaft to find the Imp Stalker toy.

Chapter 4 — Sentinel Barracks
Toy #4 – Hell Knight
During the "Clear the barracks" mission, pay attention to the three gold coins in front of a boarded-up door. There will be a blue target on them. Use the Shield Charge ability to break it and find the Hell Knight in a hidden area.

Chapter 5 — The Holy City of Aratum
Toy #5 – Serrat
After obtaining the Super Shotgun, descend from the building behind that location and clear the area. You'll see climbable walls leading to stairs. On the platform beyond them, the Serrat toy awaits you.

Chapter 6 — Siege, Part 1
Toy #6 – Mancubus
In the Siege, Part 1 chapter, two toys are hidden. The Mancubus is located under a massive statue near the Sentinel Shrine. Climb between its legs to grab the figure.

Toy #7 – Slayer
The Slayer toy is placed right behind where the secret key is located. Nearby, there are locked doors behind which it is hidden.

Chapter 7 — Siege, Part 2
Toy #8 – Pinky Rider
At the beginning of the level, you'll see a large stone statue. Enter the nearest building, climb to the rafters, and find a breakable wall on the left. Perform a Shield Charge, go through the secret area, and find Pinky Rider.

Chapter 8 — Abyssal Forest
Toy #9 – Witch
Another hard-to-find toy is hidden in the Abyssal Forest. The Witch figure is under a metal cylindrical cage in the tower. First, hit the red cross in the adjacent niche, then the blue gear to lift the cage. After that, you can freely pick up the toy.

Toy #10 – Vagary
If you previously found the secret key, use it to access the wooden platforms above the stage. You'll have to do some platforming until you reach a statue with a ruby — the Vagary toy will be next to it.

Chapter 10 — Forsaken Plains
Toy #11 – Cyberdemon
During the Atlan Core mission, find the platform hanging by two chains. Jump from the edge onto the blue boost pad — it will launch you onto the platform with the Cyberdemon toy. To return, use the nearby portal.

Toy #12 – Atlan
After you finish controlling the Atlan, look back and jump onto its head. There, the Atlan toy awaits you.

Toy #13 – Kreed Maykr
After obtaining the yellow keycard, don't jump down; instead, leap over the shaft. You'll enter a room with gold and a vent that can be broken with a Shield Charge. This will lead you to a secret key. Later, use it to open the door with the Kreed Maykr toy.

Chapter 14 — Spire of Nerathul
Toy #14 – Arachnotron
Another chapter with two toys. One of them, the Arachnotron, can be found after breaking the blue target on the left wall of the shipwreck.

The Revenant is in the dragon landing zone. Find the cylindrical structure, use the boost pad to ascend, and jump from the back edge onto the platform with the toy.

Toy #16 – Agaddon Hunter
Before activating the portal device near the Wraithstone, look back. You'll see a blue target on a tree. Break it to reach the Agaddon Hunter toy.

Toy #17 – Battle Knight
The Battle Knight toy is in an alcove behind metal bars. Go around to the right, climb the wall, and stand on the red panel. Then throw the shield at the red cross to lower the grate.

Chapter 17 — Temple of Lomarith
Toy #18 – Cacodemon Hybrid
Right after passing through the large green gate, enter the ship through the breach. Perform a Shield Charge on the box to the right to move it. Then align the eye device with the cage above the box and throw the shield — this will break the cage. Go back and retrieve the Cacodemon Hybrid.

Chapter 18 — Belly of the Beast
Toy #19 – Komodo
First, progress through the main storyline. Find the blue gear on the wall of the belly and hit it with the Shield Saw. Follow the trail of gold, defeat the demons. After that, the Komodo toy will be standing next to the red portal.

Chapter 19 — Harbor of Souls
Toy #20 – Acolyte
As soon as you get the blue skull, head left and open the gate. The Acolyte toy is on a ledge above the central courtyard behind the blue skull door.

Toy #21 – Cosmic Baron
Once again, you're in a chapter with two toys on the Resurrection level. The Cosmic Baron is located behind the yellow doors at the edge of the map, requiring the corresponding key.

Toy #22 – Maykr Drone
The Maykr Drone is hidden underground near the Sentinel Shrine. Pull the lever, descend, climb over the cage, hit the blue gear with the shield — this will lower the gate. After that, grab the toy.

Chapter 22 — Reckoning
Toy #23 – The Old One
The last two toys appear in the final chapter of the game, Reckoning. The Old One is located in an abandoned building in the center, behind a secret door that opens after you defeat all enemies.

Toy #24 – Ahzrak
Ahzrak is hidden behind a door that opens with a secret key closer to the end of the chapter. After using it, go back and descend into the pit behind another door to collect the final toy.
