Combat Shotgun – Chapter 1: Village of Khalim (1/11)

The skin for the Combat Shotgun can be found at the very beginning of the game, right after closing the hell portals. Go past the rocky area to a small plateau, look down — you'll see a doorway you can jump to. The desired shotgun skin will be in this room.

Shredder – Chapter 2: Hebeth (2/11)

Stand at the location shown on the map below. In front of you, there will be a wall you can climb. Then turn left, and you'll see crates with a hatch above them, which you also need to climb. Jump on the crates to reach the top. Walking through the ventilation, the gold path will lead you to a secret room with the Shredder skin.

Accelerator – Chapter 4: Sentinel Barracks (3/11)

From the indicated location with the tree and benches around it, move forward between two buildings (one of which has a burning cart). Turn right, and you'll see stairs and a gold path. Ascend the steps, and to the right of the statue, you'll find a secret area with the Accelerator skin.

Pulverizer – Chapter 5: Holy City of Aratum (4/11)

Riding on a dragon, you'll need to descend into the city center. After defeating two enemies, you'll complete one of the trials and then be able to land. Then descend lower and look in the opposite (right) direction from the cultists' circle. You'll see a gold path leading directly to the entrance of a secret area, at the end of which is the nightmare Pulverizer skin.

Impaler – Chapter 6: Siege – Part 1 (5/11)

This skin is hidden behind gates that open only with a purple key. Once you obtain it, go straight from the location marked on the map below. Climb the wall, and upon entering the cave, turn right, following the gold path. The path will lead you to the gates that can be opened with the found key — and there you’ll find the Impaler weapon skin.

Super Shotgun – Chapter 9: Ancestral Forge (6/11)

In a large area with blue light capsules, find the chain hanging from a mechanism. Throw the shield into the device to activate the lift. When you ascend, turn left, jump onto the ledge, and perform a jump with Shield Recall to the green statue. The skin lies on one of the platforms, next to one of the codex entries.

Cycler – Chapter 10: The Forsaken Plans (7/11)

Reach the location indicated on the map below. Once you do, move forward from this spot — and you'll immediately reach the Cycler skin.

Chainshot – Chapter 12: Sentinel Command Station (8/11)

In the computer room with the red hologram, you'll need to break the ventilation grate and follow the gold path. Near the gate-grate lies the nightmare Chainshot skin.

Grenade Launcher – Chapter 14: Spire of Nerathul (9/11)

In the chapter Spire of Nerathul, after you land from the dragon, you'll need to enter the blue portal. Defeat enemies as you progress to the required plot point. Nearby, you'll immediately see another skin — this time for the Grenade Launcher.

Rocket Launcher – Chapter 17: Temple of Lomarith (10/11)

Start your journey from the location marked on our map. At the base of the temple, move right along the water until you enter an underwater cave. At the bottom, kill the tentacle — in its place, an underwater trampoline will appear, propelling you upward. Swim through the rocks — and you'll emerge right at the next nightmare skin in Doom: The Dark Ages.

Ravager – Chapter 20: Resurrection (11/11)

(Optional) Refer to the map provided below for easier navigation. From this point, head straight to the gold path, then follow the trail to the edge of the platform where a corpse with a yellow key lies.

Use the provided map image to find the starting point for locating the skin area. Go straight and turn right to climb the wall. On the left, you'll see a siege structure — destroy it with a strike to the vulnerable spot using the shield.

Under the catapult, there will be a secret passage where you'll fall through. Look around — you'll see gates that can now be opened with the previously found key to collect some resources (if needed).

Walking through the cave, look for the statue with the sword — at its base lies the last nightmare weapon skin in Doom: The Dark Ages.
