Overview of the new operations map ‘Prison’ in Delta Force

In Season 5 of Delta Force, a new operations map — “Tide Prison” — has been introduced. It’s one of the most challenging and atmospheric maps in the Operations mode, offering a unique gameplay experience — from escaping a cell to fighting a dangerous boss.

General Information

“Prison” is a maritime correctional facility that has been taken over by Haavk forces. Players start the match unarmed, in the role of prisoners, and must first escape their cell, find gear, and survive in a hostile environment. Access to the map is granted only under specific conditions: the player’s level must be at least 10, their power level must exceed 780,000 (in Hard mode), and they must have access to Operations Mode and pay an entry fee of approximately 80,000 credits.

Starting Mechanics and Key Cards

The match begins inside a locked cell. To escape, players must solve several puzzles or find a way through the ventilation system. The main challenge is reaching weapons and armor without dying. The map features a three-tier key card system:

  • Level 1 cards unlock basic rooms with simple resources.
  • Level 2 opens medium-tier areas.
  • Level 3 grants access to rooms with top-tier loot.

Key cards have limited durability, so they must be used strategically.

Boss: Raven

In the central office resides the boss known as Raven. This is a highly mobile enemy who uses smoke and can instantly kill players at close range. Raven guards a lever that’s required to unlock the main exit, so the area must be fully cleared before attempting activation.

There are several ways to leave the map

  • Standard Extraction. You need to activate two terminals — one in the medical bay and one on the upper floor with a biometric scanner. This grants access to the main lever, which triggers the extraction. The lever can only be used twice per match.
  • Fixed Exit. This is an open platform over water with no cover. It’s conveniently located, but players are vulnerable to fire from the towers. Coordination and covering fire are essential for a safe evacuation.
  • Emergency Evacuation (without backpack). In the construction zone, players can dive underwater, drop their backpack near a beacon, and extract without any looted gear. This is useful in critical situations when the team can’t reach the main exits.

Tide Prison is a tough, high-stakes map that demands teamwork, tactical thinking, and adaptability. It offers valuable loot but comes with serious risks. If you’re looking for a real challenge — this operation is for you.
