The VCT CN League marks the fourth international league for Valorant, established shortly after the game's official approval in China, aligning it with leagues in the Pacific region, the Americas, and EMAE leagues. The team selection process was extensive, encompassing financial evaluations, interviews, and written statements submitted by organizations.
It is known that an eleventh team will join this lineup, determined through the Ascension China qualifiers, thereby increasing the number of participating teams to 11. Despite rumors circulating that the Chinese region would only receive 5 slots, Riot Games has refuted these speculations.
Among the region's participants, some teams boast a significant history in Valorant performances. However, this list has been enriched with new talents who are just beginning their journey in the Valorant esports arena.
