On November 11th, the final match of the LVP - Crossfire Cup 2023 concluded, resulting in the updated Giants Gaming roster securing their first trophy, making a comeback in the last map against UCAM Esports Club.
Prior to the tournament, Giants Gaming made changes to their roster, signing Igor "Redgar" Vlasov as the team captain to replace Emir "rhyme" Muminovic, who decided to end his professional career. As demonstrated in the LVP - Crossfire Cup 2023 including the final match, this move proved fruitful.
The final match between Giants Gaming and UCAM Esports Club was played in a best-of-five format. The match concluded after the fourth map, two of which were intense for both teams and ended in overtime, while the other two were straightforward wins for one of the teams. Giants Gaming, making a comeback in the last map, won the meeting with a score of 3:1 (Haven 13:15, Ascent 13:7, Bind 13:4, Split 13:11).
