The women's team KPI Shine bids farewell to the head coach and a key player

Today, sad news has emerged for all fans of the Spanish organization KPI in Valorant. Representatives of the women's team KPI Shine announced the end of their collaboration with the head coach and one of the team members.

In their official Twitter account, the team announced significant changes in their roster. Alexandra “lexa” Persson and Canadian coach nicknamed pad, as of today, are no longer part of the team. The organization warmly bid farewell to the former members and, despite their paths diverging, wishes them only the best in their challenging career journey.

We want to share the sad news about changes in the Valorant roster. Thank you for all the time we spent together, lexavalo and badcuzpad. Although we part ways today, we wish you luck in all your future projects.

Alexandra “lexa” Persson, one of the key players in the main lineup, joined the club at its inception in early April 2023. During her time with the team, she helped the girls win the VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Stage 1 - Open Qualifier, and also at Valorant East: eLadies Cup #1. Pad joined as the head coach only in September 2023, but failed to lead his charges to any significant victories. Under his leadership, KPI Shine floundered in the final stage of VCT 2023: Game Changers EMEA Stage, finishing in 11th-12th place.
