The Kuwaiti and Saudi Arabian organization, Underground Gaming, recently lost several players from its Valorant roster, but the changes didn’t stop there. Yesterday, it was announced that the head coach, Alessandro "Tenebra" Marenzi, is also leaving the team after four months of collaboration.
The coach himself announced this decision on his official social networks. Tenebra stated that his contract with the organization is ending soon, and therefore the team's management allows him to explore new offers. Alessandro has expressed his intention to continue on the professional Valorant scene, hence he is open to considering positions as an assistant coach, head coach, or analyst.
Alessandro "Tenebra" Marenzi is a 25-year-old Italian coach known on the competitive Valorant scene since 2020. Since the beginning of 2024, he has been with Underground Gaming as the head coach.
