For Team SMG, competing in São Paulo at the VCT 2023: Game Changers Championship will be a true test. For many years, the club has aspired to qualify for this tournament, and finally, all the invested efforts and hard work have paid off in full. For the team, this performance will be a historic moment in their careers.

Thanks to outstanding performance, specifically three victories in the APAC Open series, the team earned the opportunity to compete in the VCT 2023: Game Changers Championship. Team SMG is at the peak of their strength, and it's not just words—this is substantiated by the victories they have achieved this year. A series of 34 victories is an incredible record that the club can boast about; even in the best times, such results were unprecedented.

 
 

Some of the players in the current Team SMG lineup have shared their thoughts on the upcoming performance. Alexandria "Alexy" Francisco mentioned that her expectations were met, and she is pleased that the team achieved the success they have been striving for.

Honestly, the result was within my expectations, considering that we prepared and worked very hard for this. I'm glad that we made it; all of our hard work paid off. Personally, this year was so surreal for me because I have never made it to an international event in my entire gaming career.
