Starki moves to MOUZ's inactive roster and prepares to leave the team

The German team MOUZ unveiled a revamped Valorant roster at the beginning of 2024. However, the competitive season didn't end well for the team, and today it was revealed that the second player, Krzysztof "starki" Lewandrowski, who joined earlier this year, is leaving the roster.

Team Performance

As mentioned earlier, Krzysztof "starki" Lewandrowski, alongside David "Fizzy" Figueiredo, joined the team in January 2024, ahead of the start of the competitive season in the tier-2 Challengers league. The first event, both stages of VALORANT Challengers 2024 DACH: Evolution, ended with excellent results for the team. MOUZ secured second place in Stage 1 and a victory in Stage 2. This allowed the club to qualify for the crucial VCT Ascension EMEA 2024 tournament, where they competed for a slot in the partner league. However, the team exited the event at 7th-8th place, which became the main reason for changes in the roster.

Starki's transition to inactive

In his official social media accounts, Krzysztof "starki" Lewandrowski announced yesterday that he is ready to leave MOUZ. Although his contract with the organization is still valid, the club's management has allowed him to seek new opportunities for the upcoming competitive season. As a result, the player stated that he is actively searching for a new team and is open to any offers. He prefers the role of controller but is willing to switch to other positions, except for duelist. Additionally, starki confidently stated that he could take on the role of in-game leader.

It is still unclear who will replace starki and the other player, but as of today, the MOUZ roster consists of only three members. Therefore, if the team plans to participate in off-season events, they will need to find replacements soon.
