Spike Ladies VII announces the opening of registration for the women's Valorant qualifying tournament

Open registration for the women's Valorant tournament, Esportsmaker's Spike Ladies, began on November 7th. All those interested can participate and join the event, which boasts a prize pool of 20,000 reals. Qualifiers are set to start soon on November 11th and 12th.

During the qualifiers, 64 teams will compete for the chance to advance to the main event, where they'll face two additional invited teams from Valorant's professional scene. Only 6 teams will make it to the tournament out of those registered.

The main event will take place from November 17th to 25th, and the prize pool will be divided among 4 winning teams as follows:

  • 1st place: 10,000 reals
  • 2nd place: 5,000 reals
  • 3rd place: 3,000 reals
  • 4th place: 2,000 reals

The tournament format follows a classic structure; qualifiers will be in a bo1 format, with teams eliminated upon a loss. The main event will be in a bo3 format, continuing until the final. The tournament will feature maps within the current official competitive rotation, including Sunset, a map recently introduced in Valorant.

The minimum age for participants in the Esportsmaker Spike Ladies is 14 years old. Teams can have up to 7 players, with 5 as the main roster and 2 as substitutes. It's worth noting that participation is open to women residing in one of six countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
