SCARZ is eliminated from VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024: Split 1: All Playoff participants determined

Today marked the conclusion of the last day of the group stage for VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024: Split 1, after which all participants of the playoff stage and the seeding of the teams became known.

The first part of this important tournament for the Japanese region is drawing to a close. Teams have finished the group stage, which identified the top six teams out of eight, continuing the competition for a prize pool of $34,000 and slots in the next split.

Joining FENNEL, who until today went through the group without any defeats, is REJECT. They will face off in the upper bracket semi-final, while the other four teams will start from the lower bracket and will not have the margin for error.

The first stage of the playoff phase will begin on March 12th, and according to FENNEL's head coach, it will take place in an offline format. Teams will compete for slots in the second split and a larger portion of the prize pool, totaling $34,000.
