Rumors: Leviatán's new head coach will be "goked"

The article has been published on blix.gg by Alejandro Gomes, which reports that, according to their sources, the Argentine-Chilean organization Leviatán has verbally agreed with Spanish strategic coach Alex "goked" Kie from team KOI to join Leviatán as head coach.

This isn't the first rumor circulating online about Leviatán's updated roster for the next season. If these reports are to be believed, the management plans to significantly strengthen the team. The first newcomer is rumored to be the Brazilian star player - Erick "aspas" Santos, which we detailed in this article. Now there are also whispers about the new head coach - Alex "goked" Kie, who seems to have already reached a verbal agreement with Leviatán. However, there is probably one remaining obstacle - the coach's contract with his current club, KOI.

These rumors don't seem too surprising. The organization has serious ambitions in Valorant, and although the last season was decent, it did not meet the expectations of both the management and the players themselves. The team participated in one international tournament - VCT LOCK//IN São Paulo 2023, where they secured a 5-8th place finish. In the regular VCT Americas League 2023 season, they took 5th place and were one step away from Valorant Champions 2023, losing in the grand final of the VCT Americas Last Chance Qualifier 2023 to KRU Esports.

It should be noted that after the end of this season, player Vicente "Tacolilla" Compagnon and the sole coach Rodrigo "Onur" Dalmagro left Leviatán's roster. As a result, the team is left with only four active players and is without any coach.
