The American organization 100 Thieves, like many others during the offseason, will be making changes to their Valorant roster, though details are still unknown. However, the organization recently posted something intriguing on their official social media, sparking speculation among fans and hinting at possible changes.
Possible Hidden Announcement
Yesterday, an interesting post appeared on the organization's official Twitter account. In it, the 100 Thieves account reposted an old video from 2020, captioning it "Surprise!" The video itself was dedicated to former player and captain, now team streamer, Spencer "Hiko" Martin and his joining the team in 2020.

Hiko’s History
Spencer "Hiko" Martin is a 34-year-old American streamer and professional player, who previously competed in CS. In mid-2020, he switched to Valorant and became the first official player of 100 Thieves' roster, also serving as the team's captain. During his time with the team, he helped secure many top finishes at various events. These include a victory at First Strike North America, 3rd-4th place at JBL Quantum Cup, 2nd place at VCT 2021: North America Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs, and 3rd-4th place at VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin. In mid-2022, Hiko transitioned to the role of a team streamer, a position he still holds today.
It’s unclear whether Hiko will truly return to his role as a player or if the organization is simply teasing and having fun with its fans. For now, we can only wait for official information from the club's representatives.
