Valorant's offseason has officially begun, so there are plenty of trades ahead of us on the pro scene. The European team recently announced one of these Team Liquid, who after two years of cooperation is saying goodbye to the head coach of his Valorant team.

Team representatives announced this decision yesterday in their official social networks. As it became known, Emil "eMIL" Sandgren is moving to the inactive roster and may explore new offers for 2025.

Coach's career at Team Liquid

Emil "eMIL" Sandgren joined the team at the beginning of August 2022, and spent two long years under the "Koniac" banner. During this time, he helped the club achieve the following results: 7-8th place at VALORANT Champions 2022, 1st place at VCT 2023: EMEA League, 5-6th place at VCT 2023: Masters Tokyo. But the current season did not go so well for the team. The team failed all regional and qualifying tournaments, as a result of which it did not get to any international event, as well as the world championship. It was because of the performance that the organization most likely decided to say goodbye to the player.

The coach himself, in turn, also thanked the former team for the opportunity, and stated that Team Liquid was the best for him during his professional career. But he does not plan to stop and is already ready to listen to new offers, so most likely we will find out about his new home in the near future.
