Rumors Confirmed - s0m Officially Leaves NRG

On September 14, the American company NRG announced on their Twitter page the departure of Sam "s0m" Oh from the Valorant team roster. He has been with the organization for almost three years.

NRG Roster

Sam "s0m" Oh joined NRG on October 7, 2020. This team became his first and, so far, only one in Valorant after transitioning from another esports game, CS:GO. Throughout nearly three years, the player participated in 37 events with the team and earned over 56 thousand dollars in prize money. Despite a long tenure with the team, he achieved notable accomplishments with them only in the VCT 2023 season, which turned out to be his last with the American club.

Meanwhile, Ardis "ardiis" Svarenieks has reportedly reached a verbal agreement on transferring to the Ukrainian organization NAVI. More details can be found here.

s0m’s Future Plans

During a live stream, Sam "s0m" Oh revealed that he plans to continue live streaming on his channel along with Pujan "FNS" Mehta throughout the 2023 offseason and wait for offers for the next VCT 2024 season.
