Riot Games reveals details of premier mode integration into professional Valorant scene

Riot Games has shared anticipated details regarding the implementation of the Premier game mode in the professional Valorant environment. The information includes the start date of the first season, criteria for players, and other important details.

The Premier game mode was developed to open opportunities for young players to demonstrate their skills and enter the professional Valorant scene. After months of testing among regular players, several adjustments were made to improve it, and now Riot Games has announced the official start date of the first season, during which teams will be determined to move to the Challengers league.

The first season will commence in the eighth episode, specifically at the beginning of 2024. The primary requirements for players intending to break into the Challengers league include achieving a rank of at least Immortal 3 in the ranking mode at the time of participation, being in the highest division of the Premier mode - Contenders, and all team members being at least 16 years old.

There is still enough time before the start of the first season for players to update their rank or reach Immortal 3, assemble a team, and prepare for participation. Additional details regarding the integration of the Premier mode are available on the official Riot Games website.
