Patch 10.02 Officially Released in Valorant
Patch 10.02 Officially Released in Valorant

It has been two weeks since the release of the last patch, 10.01, and players were eagerly awaiting the next update. Yesterday, their wait was partially rewarded as patch 10.02 was released in Valorant. However, its content turned out to be different from what the community had expected.

What Patch 10.02 Brings

Despite expectations of various changes related to agent balance and new skins, patch 10.02 turned out to be one of the smallest updates in the game's history. The patch notes contain only a few lines stating that Riot Games has fixed numerous bugs related to the new agent, Tejo, as well as other issues. You can read more details about the patch in our article: Everything We Know About the Upcoming 10.02 Update in Valorant.

What Players Expected from the Update

It’s clear that before the update, players were hoping for completely different content. Many expected that the patch would finally buff and adjust weaker agents like Harbor and Deadlock, as well as introduce a new bundle dedicated to Valentine's Day. Although these changes didn’t happen, new content is still on the way, specifically the VCT 2025 Seasonal Capsule.

The collection will be available for purchase starting February 7 and will remain accessible until the end of Masters Bangkok. The bundle includes a unique Karambit knife, as well as weapon cards and charms. You can read more about the set in our dedicated article.

The next update, patch 10.03, is expected to be released in approximately two weeks, and it is likely to bring the long-awaited agent changes. Stay tuned to our portal to keep up with all future Valorant updates!
