With the start of the new episode, Valorant will receive regular updates that bring plenty of new content to the game. It has been two weeks since the last patch, meaning the next update is just around the corner, arriving in time for Valentine’s Day with themed additions. Today, our editorial team has prepared a detailed overview of what players can expect in the upcoming 10.02 update. We will be updating this article as soon as new details emerge.
What’s Coming in Patch 10.02
Although there have been no official announcements yet, leaks have already surfaced regarding what might be included in the upcoming update.
Duo Bundle
The first expected addition to the game is a new bundle dedicated to Valentine’s Day. Last year, Riot Games released the Duo’s Day Collection at the beginning of February, celebrating the occasion. It included themed player cards, titles, sprays, and gun buddies for 1,650 VP.
It remains unclear whether Riot Games will reintroduce the same collection or create something entirely new this year, but players can definitely expect Valentine’s-themed content.
Agent Changes
There is also a strong possibility that some agents will receive buffs or adjustments in the upcoming patch, particularly Deadlock and Harbor. Since their release, this duo has struggled to gain popularity, making them prime candidates for balance changes. Riot developers hinted at potential updates in a recent video discussing plans for 2025.
However, it is still uncertain whether these changes will be included in Patch 10.02, so this remains speculation for now.
Bug fixes
One thing that will definitely be in the upcoming update is bug fixes, and Riot Games has just shown what bugs and issues will be fixed in the upcoming update. A patch note has been released on official social media, which describes the following bugs.
General
- Fixed an issue where certain types of damage could leave players with a 1 HP regeneration shield when the damage was supposed to be fatal.
- Also fixed an issue where Clove could tank lethal damage, especially when both regeneration shield and pick-me-up were active at the same time.
Agents
Vyse
- Fixed an issue where Arc Rose and Razorvine were visible when placed on certain water surfaces.
Tejo
- Fixed an issue where players could rarely survive running in a straight line throughout Armageddon.

- Alarmbot logic has been updated to become more intelligent.
- Under certain circumstances, the Alarmbot will approach players if they are on ledges and explode on them if they are struck by the size of the explosion, instead of trying to run extremely long paths across the map.

PC ONLY
Premier.
