Each new act brings a variety of content to the game, and the Valorant community eagerly anticipates every new act. Yesterday, Episode 9 Act 2 was released in Valorant, and below, we will tell you what has been added to the game.
New Agent
The first and most important addition to the game is the new agent, Vyse. This Sentinel role agent has interesting and unusual skills, which many consider to be very strong. Although the new agent has not yet been tested on the esports scene, this will change soon, and we will learn the opinions of professional players. You can read more about the new agent in our article. Vyse can be unlocked for 1,000 VP or by completing his personal contract, which requires earning 200,000 EXP.
Battle Pass
As always, with the release of a new act, a new Battle Pass has been introduced. It is available in two variations: paid and free. The paid version can be purchased for 1,000 VP, granting access to all rewards, including weapon skins, graffiti, player cards, and a gun buddy. The free version does not require purchase but offers a much smaller selection of rewards. You can receive only titles, graffiti, and a few charms, along with one Sheriff skin.
New Nocturnum Bundle
Additionally, a new skin bundle called Nocturnum has been added to Valorant. The bundle includes skins for the Bulldog, Classic, Marshal, Phantom, and a unique knife skin that transforms into a scythe. Interestingly, the scythe can also transform into a dagger, making it one of the few skins that can change its size. Note that the bundle is not yet available for purchase, even though it is already in the game. It will be available in the store starting tomorrow, August 30th.
Remember that Act 2 will be available for about two months, so you will have plenty of time to earn all the Battle Pass rewards and purchase the skin bundle if you like it.
