Moist x Shopify did not win a single match, and Sentinels are still the favorites - a summary of the second day of play at the Sentinels Invitational

The group stage of the Sentinels Invitational concluded tonight, and the results again failed to surprise all viewers. One of the underdogs left the tournament without any cash prize, while the tournament organizers are on a winning streak.

After yesterday's disappointment, the G2 Esports team finally redeemed themselves and managed to stay on the tournament table. Yesterday, one of the club's members, Jonah "JonahP" Pulice, apologized to fans for his terrible play. But today, the team earned their first victory, and Jonah, in high spirits, thanked his teammates for their hard work.

2-0 against MXS. Proud of the team that maintained composure under pressure, we managed to come back and snatch a tough victory.

In turn, the Sentinels continue to hold the leading position, with three consecutive wins. After their series of dominations, they even joked about their opponents from G2, saying it's cool to have you as enemies because you don't plan to win.

Having G2 Esports as an opponent is great because they just refuse to win matches in Valorant.

The second day of play brought us to the end of the group stage, and the matches during it were quite interesting. In the first meeting, Sentinels defeated Oxygen Esports on three maps: Ascent 11-13, Sunset 13-10, Breeze 13-11. In the second clash, the underdogs from Moist x Shopify lost on both maps against G2 Esports: Lotus 7-13, Breeze 14-16. In the last match, Oxygen Esports redeemed themselves for the defeat and overcame Moist x Shopify on three straightforward maps: Ascent 13-5, Haven 7-13, Bind 13-7.

As a result of the group stage, Moist x Shopify leave the tournament in last place without any cash prize. In turn, other teams move on to the playoffs, where today they will fight for three prize places and a total cash fund of $20,000.
