According to ValorLeaks, the set will be themed around the "Water Dragon," which suggests that the set will have a Chinese theme. This idea makes sense since the dragon is an essential figure in Chinese mythology, representing both the image of the emperor and the ruler. Notably, Valorant has recently been officially launched in China, and the next tournament, the 2024 Masters, will take place in Shanghai. This indicates that Riot Games is targeting the Chinese audience. From this, one can assume that the set will be in traditional Chinese styling.
The set will also be in a dark green color. As an example, ValorLeaks provides an image of what the set might look like. It should be noted that this image is not related to Valorant; it depicts Kai'Sa, a character from another Riot Games title - League of Legends. However, she is presented in dark green, so one can assume the new set might be somewhat similar to her and use this image as an example.
