Global Esports launches Valorant academy to support Indian talents

Global Esports, an Indian esports organization, has announced the launch of a Valorant academy aimed at nurturing promising Indian players. The program, named GE Fighting Academy, will provide participants with the facilities, resources, and training necessary for the development of their skills and careers.

The academy will cater to players aged 16 to 22 years old. Participants will receive training from experienced coaches and mentors and will have access to state-of-the-art gaming computers and equipment. The program is expected to last between 12 to 18 months.

Global Esports will not provide stipends or salaries to participants, but they will have the opportunity to participate in tournaments and other events. Rushindra Sinha, CEO and founder of Global Esports, stated that the organization is looking for players who are "absolutely committed to their craft."

We are giving you a chance; all we need from you is to put in the effort and fulfill your part of the deal.
Rushindra Sinha

The GE Fighting Academy is a significant step in the development of the Indian esports scene. The program will help create a new pool of domestic talent and attract new players to the game.

In the first 40 minutes after the announcement of the academy's launch, Global Esports received over 1000 applications – as reported by Rushindra on his Twitter profile. Those interested in participating in the program can submit their applications on the Global Esports website.
