All upcoming tournaments will be conducted by the revamped NAVI Celestials. ZeynepRitha is leaving the team, and giaVLRNT is changing her status to inactive.
Although she technically still remains on the team, the organization has made it clear that she will leave it after her contract expires.
Current women's NAVI roster:
Such drastic changes in the roster were triggered by recent results, where the NAVI Celestials team was unable to advance from the group at the VCT Game Changers: EMEA Series 2 2023 tournament, finishing 9-10th place and earning $556 for the team and 0 EMEA Points, which are required for teams to advance to the world championship by points.
The next tournament for the "yellow-blacks" will be VCT Game Changers: EMEA Series 3 2023, which starts on September 11. This is the only and last chance for NAVI Celestials to make it to the world championship. The team has a month to do a lot of work. In addition, they need to find two players to replace those who left, who are most likely to be from Turkey or those who speak Turkish, to avoid changing languages in the middle of the current season.
