Gen.G Esports has rapidly improved their game this season, transforming from a team that failed to qualify for last year’s world championship to one of the main contenders for victory at Valorant Champions 2024. This season, they have won one international tournament and placed second in another.
In the grand final of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Pacific Stage 2, Gen.G Esports faced DRX and won with a score of 3:1. They received a trophy, $100,000, and a spot at Valorant Champions 2024, along with two other teams in the top 3. However, DRX will have an advantage in the draw.

VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Pacific Stage 2 took place from June 15 to July 21, with ten partner teams from the Pacific region competing for 3 slots at Valorant Champions 2024, Champions Points, and $250,000.
