The Brazilian organization FURIA Esports has revealed its updated roster for the upcoming season of the Valorant Champions Tour. The team now includes two new players and a new head coach.
Mandatory Changes
This year’s season has been the worst in the history of FURIA Esports: they finished near the bottom at all three regional tournaments in VCT Americas, missing out on Masters and Champions. The club had previously participated in the world championships twice — in 2021 and 2022. The poor results in 2024 were the main reason for the radical changes in the roster.
FURIA Esports Newcomers
Three new players have joined FURIA Esports: Olavo "heat" Marcelo, a former KRU Esports player with extensive experience in tier-1 events, Rafael "raafa" Lima, who had previously only played in the tier-2-3 scene, and head coach Pedro "peu" Lopes, who coached LOUD in the previous season.

Current FURIA Esports Valorant Roster for 2025:
First Match
The first tournament for FURIA Esports’ updated roster will be the Tixinha Invitational, where the team has received a direct invite. They will compete against seven other teams for the grand prize of $10,000. This will be excellent practice for the Brazilian roster to warm up and get in shape ahead of VCT 2025.
