Following a wave of criticism, TenZ apologized to fans and suspended sales of his own mouse

In the last few days, the Valorant community has been discussing the announcement of their own products by Sentinels member Tyson "TenZ" Ngo. The professional player received negative feedback from fans, after which he decided to suspend sales of his products.

A few days ago, TenZ announced his own gaming mouse. He did not reveal the appearance of the device itself, but only talked about its characteristics and a high price of $190, which most outraged the fans. Read more about it in our material. Two days later, TenZ realized that he could not cope with such a flow of criticism and officially apologized to the fans.

First of all, I just want to sincerely apologize for the recent release of my new mouse. I fully understand the negative comments about the project, and it's all justified. This model of creating a mouse from scratch and releasing pre-orders before the mouse is finished has never been applied before, and it was very ambitious. My management found the idea interesting - to reveal each part of the mouse step by step and allow people to pre-order if they believe in the project.

Also, the esports player finally showed the promised mouse, which ultimately received a rather simple design. There was nothing special about it, without any light effects or backlighting.

Finally, TenZ once again apologized to fans and everyone who had already pre-ordered. He stated that all dissatisfied customers can return their investments, but people who believe in him can wait for the official release of the device.
