The Turkish organization Eternal Fire is making a return to the Valorant scene after a two-year hiatus. This was announced by the organizers of VALORANT Challengers 2024 Turkey: Birlik.
The last official match played by Eternal Fire was in the first half of 2022. After that, the organization took a break from the discipline, and there had been no news regarding their participation until today. The decision to return might have been influenced by the success of their CS2 roster, which placed 5th-8th at the last major.
The return was announced by the organizers of VALORANT Challengers 2024 Turkey: Birlik, stating that one of the teams that finished last in the first split will be replaced by Eternal Fire in the tournament for slots in the league's second split. This change occurred because the team declined to participate further and left the discipline.
The exact lineup of the team and the date of their debut are still unknown, as VALORANT Challengers 2024 Turkey: Birlik Split 1 has not yet concluded. More information can be expected after the end of the tournament.
