CigaretteS joins the updated roster of Made in Thailand

It was recently revealed that Thai player Patiphan "CigaretteS" Posri, who previously played as a substitute for this year's World Championship finalists, Paper Rex, has joined the roster of Made in Thailand. This was announced by the organization on their Twitter account.

Throughout his career, Patiphan "CigaretteS" Posri has been part of a few clubs, the most notable being Paper Rex. This team took 2nd place at the previous Valorant Champions 2023, even though Patiphan did not participate in the tournament since he was a substitute. However, he contributed to Paper Rex's performance during the past competitive season. Thanks to him, the Singaporean squad won the regional VCT 2023: Pacific League season and later secured 3rd place at the significant VCT 2023: Masters Tokyo.

Current Made in Thailand lineup

To recall, the team finished the current competitive season without any significant results. After winning the first stage of Challengers 2023: Thailand Split 1, the MiTH players took 3rd place in the subsequent Split 2 stage, failing to qualify for Challengers Ascension 2023 in the Pacific region. Following this, the team parted ways with their coach and two primary players, PTC and b3ta. Currently, Seph1roth, on loan from CRIT Esports, is in the team's lineup. Now, with CigaretteS joining, it's likely that the contract with Seph1roth will be terminated, as the club will no longer require his services.
