ALG GC has become the only Chinese team to participate in the VALORANT Game Changers Championship. This opportunity came after their victory at VCT 2024: Game Changers China, securing the last, eighth slot for the tournament. All participants for the Women’s World Championship are now confirmed.
ALG GC's Journey and First Major Achievement
The Chinese women’s team ALG GC will be the sole representative of their country at the Women’s World Championship in 2024. This was made possible by their decisive victory in the grand final of VCT 2024: Game Changers China against Killer Angel Girls ESC, winning 3-0 in maps. Throughout the entire playoff stage, the team did not lose a single map, finishing the tournament with six wins and no losses.

The Chinese qualifying tournament was the last one, making ALG GC the final team to secure a spot for this year’s World Championship. Below is the complete list of participants for the Game Changers Champions 2024:
Main Stage
The VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2024 will take place from November 8 to 17. Eight of the best women’s teams from around the world will compete for the World Champion title and a prize pool that has yet to be announced. Last year, the prize pool was $500,000, and the tournament was held in Brazil. This year, the championship will be hosted in Germany.
