We continue sharing insights with our readers about gear in Valorant—what it is, how to get it, and which agents have gear available. Today, we'll focus on Breach, an Initiator who was one of the first agents added to the game during the beta test. Breach also has his unique gear, which can be obtained without spending real money. Our editorial team has prepared a guide to help you understand Breach's gear and how to unlock it.
What Is Gear in Valorant?
If you're unfamiliar with the concept of gear in Valorant, here's a quick explanation. Gear is a set of unique cosmetic items available for each of the 25 agents in Valorant. These items include:
- A skin for one of the pistols (Ghost, Classic, Sheriff, Frenzy) or the Shorty shotgun
- Two player titles
- Three graffiti sprays
- Two player cards
- A weapon charm
- 2000 Kingdom Credits
How to get Breach’s Gear
Unlock the Agent
To obtain gear, you first need to unlock the agent whose cosmetics you want to acquire—in this case, Breach. Note that Breach is not one of the five free agents you receive initially. However, you are given a voucher to unlock one additional agent, which you can use for Breach. If you’ve already used your voucher on another agent, you’ll need to unlock him using currency. Breach, like other agents, costs either 1000 Valorant Points (purchased with real money) or 8000 Kingdom Credits, which you can earn by completing in-game tasks.
View the Available Gear
Once you’ve unlocked Breach, you can check out his available gear. Navigate to the Agents tab in the main menu or use the icon at the top of the screen, then select Breach. Click on the View Gear button to see the full assortment of items.
What’s in the Gear Assortment?
The gear selection includes 10 items divided into two groups:
- First Set of Items:
- Spray: K.O.
- Player Card: Breach
- Player Title: Concussive
- Spray: Guns Out
- 2000 Kingdom Credits
Second Set of Items:
- Gunbuddy: Hammer Time
- Spray: Breach
- Player Title: Catastrophic
- Player Card: Big Payday
- Pistol Skin: Ragnarocker for the Frenzy
Unlock the Desired Accessories
After identifying the items you want from Breach’s gear, select the desired accessory and click the Unlock button. This will deduct the required amount of Kingdom Credits, and the item will become available for equipping.
Important Notes:
Items in the gear assortment must be unlocked in order; you cannot skip earlier items to purchase those further down the list.
You can, however, purchase multiple items simultaneously if you have enough Kingdom Credits. In this case, selecting a later item will prompt the game to calculate the total cost of unlocking all preceding items.
By following this guide, you can efficiently unlock and equip Breach's gear, enhancing your Valorant experience with unique cosmetics.
