Format

With the beginning of Stage E9A1, the gameplay structure in Invite and Contender divisions is being updated. The goal is to create an environment for players looking to break into the professional scene and test their skills at a more serious level.

Each week, all teams must participate in two scheduled matches on the map of the current week. Losing teams will now receive 0 points instead of the previous 25. Matches will be played between teams of comparable skill levels, and there will also be protection against rematches. If an odd number of teams show up for matches, the team with the lowest Premier score will be left without an opponent.

Qualification for playoffs will not be based on Premier scores but on the standings in the leaderboard after weekly matches conclude. Promotion of teams to Premier after the playoffs will be based on the final leaderboard standings of the stage.

Registration

To participate in Premier, you need to fulfill two main requirements:

Step 1: Identity Confirmation via SMS

  • Go to the Premier menu and select "Confirm."
  • Choose your country code from the dropdown list.
  • Enter your phone number, including the area code, in the appropriate field.
  • Wait for a text message with the confirmation code and enter it on the screen.

Step 2: MMR Calibration

  • Complete the rank calibration process at least once on your account.

Step 3: Form Your Team

Premier is a team competition, so you need to assemble a team. A team consists of 5-7 players, including substitutes. Communicate with friends or use Valorant community forums and social networks to find teammates. On our website, you can find several materials related to finding teammates for participation in various game modes.

Step 4: Register Your Team

Once your team is ready, log in to Valorant and go to the Premier section. Here, you can create or join a team. Fill in the necessary details, such as team name, tag, and roster. Ensure all team members accept the invitations to join the team.

Step 5: Register for the Tournament

After forming your team, register for the upcoming Premier E9A1 stage. Registration dates are announced on the official Valorant website and in-game notifications. Make sure you register within the specified period to secure your spot.

After completing these steps, you'll need to select a "Zone," which will assign you to a specific server and match schedule.

If you have already met these requirements, you'll see the "Create Team" button and can join Premier. Any player who meets these requirements and does not have current restrictions in Valorant can participate in this stage. Restrictions may include Vanguard bans, ranked game limitations, or communication restrictions in the last 30 days. If you have been subject to such restrictions during Premier, you may be temporarily disqualified until the stage concludes.

Ensure that your phone number confirmation was successful, as this only needs to be done once to participate in Premier.

Rewards and Emblems

In Premier, each participant receives a personal player card. Tournament playoff winners receive a unique title and a charm reflecting their division in the current episode.

To receive participation rewards, simply play in at least one Premier match as part of a team (including practice matches!). To earn playoff champion rewards, you must win the tournament and have your team emblem.

Participation and victory rewards will be available the day after the stage ends in the Collections menu. You won't lose participation rewards by leaving the team after one match.

To obtain the emblem, play at least two weekly matches or participate in a Premier tournament as part of a team. Track the emblem in the "Career" > "Premier" menu or on your team's page in the Premier menu, and see it evolve based on your gameplay achievements.
