The ESL season will start on January 31 in Poland, where IEM Katowice 2024 with $1,000,000 prize pool will be held. Next, IEM China will take place on April 8-14, replacing IEM Rio 2023. After that, the teams will play the ESL Pro League Season 19. This tournament will now three weeks instead of five weeks like the ESL Pro League Season 18: April 23 to May 12. Despite the reduction, the number of participants will not change, there will be 32 of them, but two groups will be played at a time, which will free up two weeks.
IEM Dallas 2024 will take place from May 27 to June 2. IEM Cologne 2024 will be held two weeks later than last year: from August 7 to 18. Two more events are scheduled for the fall: ESL Pro League Season 20 (September 3-22) and IEM Fall 2024, which does not have a venue yet (October 7-13).
In addition to S-tier tournaments, ESL will hold four more events of the ESL Challenger series. So far, only one location for these tournaments is known: Atlanta from October 4 to 6. In addition, there will be two seasons of the ESL Challenger League. In addition to Europe, North America and Asia, next year the events of this series will be held in South America and Australia & New Zealand.
