Falcons’ Road to Victory
Team Falcons started the tournament confidently. They performed well in the first group stage and advanced with ease. In the second stage, they maintained consistent results despite stiffer competition. However, a few setbacks in the third Winners round forced them into the lower bracket. In the Elimination Bracket, Falcons endured a grueling marathon of 18 matches in a single day. They systematically eliminated opponent after opponent, showing remarkable endurance and team synergy on their way to the grand final.

Alliance’s Path to the Final
Alliance made it to the final without a single loss, progressing flawlessly through the Winners Bracket. They dominated their group in the first round, cruised through the second round with consistent top placements, and maintained high performance in the third. Securing their final spot in the Winners Final, they never dropped to the lower bracket.

Grand Final
The final was played in a Match Point format: teams needed to earn 50 points and then win a match to claim the championship. Falcons started strong, securing top placements early. In the third game, they claimed victory and became match-point-eligible. They continued showing consistent form in the following matches, and in the sixth game, they secured another win, closing out the final and capturing the title. Their final match was tense — several teams were still alive in the closing circle, but Falcons, thanks to excellent positioning and sharpshooting, emerged victorious.

Tournament MVP
The MVP of the ALGS Open 2025 was ImperialHal of Team Falcons. His composed decision-making and clutch plays were instrumental during the most critical moments of the tournament.
Prize Pool and Winnings
The total prize pool was $1 million. Team Falcons took home $300,000 as champions. Alliance, finishing second, earned $150,000, while GHS BoooM secured $100,000 for third place. Other teams received smaller amounts based on their final placements.
Team Falcons didn’t just win the tournament — they did it the hardest way possible and proved they can stand with the best even under the most challenging conditions.
