I've been using the console since version 0.7.6, and let me tell you 1.4.2 really limited the freedom. But here’s some cool stuff: emotion (char) (emotion) (intensity), you can force characters to laugh, get angry, feel embarrassed, etc. walkto (char) makes your character automatically walk to someone. warp (char)  instantly teleports anyone to your location. If you get creative with setvar and event variables, you can craft stories way better than the official quests.
