The latest Lunar Glow Event in Grow A Garden introduced the Night Staff as one of the new exclusive rewards. The Night Staff is an item that can be planted on your garden lot, but what does it do, and how can you get it?

What Does the Night Staff Do?

The Night Staff increases the chances of Moonlit mutations in your garden during nighttime. To use it, simply plant the crescent-tipped staff into your soil. To maximize its effect, place it near your most valuable fruits. 

During nighttime, you’ll notice more Moonlit mutations appearing, which you can trade with the Wise Old Owl NPC at the center of the map. After the Night Staff successfully mutates three fruits, it expires.

How to Get the Night Staff in Grow A Garden

To obtain the Night Staff, harvest Moonlit mutations and trade them with the Wise Old Owl NPC at the center of the map. The more valuable the Moonlit mutations you trade, the more Lunar Points you’ll earn.

Reaching specific milestones will unlock night-themed rewards such as Night Seed Packs, Night Eggs, and the Night Staff. Here are the milestones that reward Night Staff:

• 40 points – x1 Night Staff
• 110 points – x1 Night Staff
• 250 points – x1 Night Staff
• 360 points – x3 Night Staffs

You can collect a maximum of 530 Lunar Points, after which the owl will no longer accept Moonlit mutations or offer rewards. However, if you want to continue participating in the event and earn more exclusive rewards, including the Night Staff, you can pay 500,000,000 Sheckles or 500 Robux to reset your points to zero.
