In Grow A Garden, fruits can mutate into a variety of forms, making them significantly more valuable and profitable than their normal versions. Out of the 12 possible mutations in the game, Celestial Mutation is the most sought after, as it has a x120 price multiplier, the highest in-game.
A regular fruit that undergoes a Celestial mutation can earn you millions of Sheckles, allowing you to expand your garden and progress much faster. But how exactly can you prompt a Celestial mutation?
How to Get Celestial Mutation in Grow A Garden
Celestial mutations only occur during a meteor shower and happen when a fruit is struck by a shooting star.

During a meteor shower, shooting stars will strike random areas across the map, including your garden. If a star hits an area, the fruits nearby will mutate into their Celestial form.
Celestial fruits are easy to recognize. They have a unique discolored appearance with yellow and purple sparkles. After being struck, they emit a pink-purplish aura that signals the mutation has taken place.

Fruits in Grow A Garden can hold multiple mutations at once. This means a Celestial fruit can also be Frozen, Rainbow, or have other mutations layered on top. These effects stack, so the final selling price can be multiplied even further.

Tips for Getting Celestial Mutations
To increase your chances of getting Celestial fruits, consider using the Star Caller. This item allows you to influence where shooting stars land during a meteor shower. Instead of stars randomly striking less valuable crops, you can plant a Star Caller near your most profitable fruits. This targeted strategy can lead to much more lucrative mutations. However, keep in mind that the Star Caller costs 12 million Sheckles, making it a major investment.
Another way to boost your mutation chances is by using Sprinklers, which are available in the Gear Store, located at the edge of the map. Place them around your garden during meteor showers to increase the odds of mutations, including Celestial ones.
Plus, according to Playtime Luck Chart, staying online prompts your plants to have more mutations. So keep the game on as long as you can!
