How to Buy a New Home in Schedule 1

Once you realize you're running out of space, you'll want to buy a new home in Schdule 1. During gameplay, you'll receive a task where you can rent a room for $800. This accommodation is slightly better than a cramped motel room. It's limited, simple, and while it offers a bit more room to maneuver, it quickly becomes too cramped.

To get something truly better, you need to find Ray's Real Estate office. This is the main place to purchase property. It's located northeast of the burnt RV marker, at the bottom of the map. You can check out the article All Properties in Schedule 1 and Their Prices to get acquainted with them.

Look for it to the right of the Hyland Auto Shop, next to Bleuball's Boutique. Here you can view the available options and purchase a home that better suits your ambitions. Besides residential options, Ray also allows you to buy commercial properties, which will boost your income and unlock additional features, such as increased deposit limits on the map.

Where to Find Your New Home

After purchasing a new house, a corresponding marker will appear on the map. Each house has its unique location, making it easy to navigate. For instance, if you bought a Bungalow, its marker will be located to the northwest near Molly's house. The Barn is much larger and situated in the southeast of the map.

Once the new home is yours, the next step is moving in. You'll need to transfer all your belongings from the previous place. The best time to move is after 4:00 AM in-game time. During this period, you can efficiently relocate everything necessary and avoid loss of income or delivery disruptions.

Why You Need to Move to New Homes

In Schedule 1, no serious operation can survive in a tiny room. Initially, you might have enough space for one or two grow beds, but by the third or fourth, it becomes clear — more space is needed.

Without this, you'll be forced to constantly rearrange equipment, remove important items, or lose efficiency. A new spacious house allows you to set up more grow beds, workstations, packing areas, and additional storage — all of which are critical for developing your underground venture.
