All properties in Schedule 1 and their prices

In Schedule 1, acquiring real estate isn't just about showing off. It's a matter of survival. You need a secure and functional base for operations that will allow you to scale your empire without the risk of getting caught.

Hotel rooms and smelly restaurant backrooms won't get you far. To grow, you need real estate. That's where Ray’s Real Estate comes in. He doesn't care where your money comes from, as long as the card goes through.

Let's examine each available property location in Schedule 1—their price, advantages, and the type of gameplay they are best suited for.

How to Purchase Property in Schedule 1

You can purchase property in Schedule 1 at Ray’s Real Estate. He is located in the downtown area of the city, on the right side of the map next to Bleuball’s Boutique. Enter the agency, talk to Ray, and buy the building you need by selecting the dialogue option: 'I’d like to purchase a property'.

Bungalow: The First Step to Securing Your Business

The Bungalow is the starter property in Schedule 1. It costs $6,000, making it accessible early in the game. Located near the hotel in a residential area, the bungalow is a reasonable upgrade from starting points like a hotel or sweatshop. Inside, there's one loading dock and a maximum of five employees—enough for a small but efficient production operation.

Space is limited here, and as production ramps up, you'll quickly feel it. But initially, it offers stability and your first real base where you can manage your team. It's also your first experience owning property with an address that doesn't share with roaches or suspicious neighbors.

Barn: Ambitious Yet Unassuming

The Barn costs $25,000 and is located in the rural part of the map, outside the city. It's a purchase you'll make when you're done playing small and want to grow. It features two loading docks, allowing simultaneous supply from multiple stores, reducing downtime. You can also hire up to ten employees—twice as many as in the bungalow.

Beyond the numbers, the barn's layout is open and versatile. It's one large room that's easy to adapt to your management style. There's even a second-floor room that can be used as a bedroom or a secure stash. Plus, the rural location is a strategic advantage, keeping your business as far away from prying eyes and city noise as possible.

Dock Warehouse: Practical Perfection

The Dock Warehouse is currently the pinnacle of real estate in Schedule 1. It costs $50,000, and while the price is steep, it provides everything needed for a large-scale operation. It also has two docks and a limit of 10 employees, like the barn, but the size and layout are significantly better.

Located in the industrial zone, it offers the largest available space. It's perfect for large production lines, efficient staff organization, and extensive logistics. The only downside is the lack of water supply, so you'll need to invest in automated systems. But if you're already at the final stage of the game, that's not an issue.

The front of the warehouse is convenient for storing goods or organizing loading/unloading. It's the ideal place for high-productivity work and fast distribution.

Which Property to Choose First?

Choosing the right property depends on timing, your goals, and cash flow. Obviously, for starters, the best option is the bungalow: affordable and convenient. When profits rise and the need for increased production arises, the barn is a smart step. And when you're sitting on bags of money and your system runs like clockwork, the dock warehouse will be your final headquarters.

Perhaps with future updates, the game will receive more properties, mechanics, and other functionalities that will require a larger base with convenient planning, location, and capabilities.

Each upgrade should match your development pace. Don't spend all your money on an expensive warehouse too early, or you'll be left without funds for the operation itself. But staying in the bungalow too long is also a risk: you'll just stall your progress.
