ZETA DIVISION is preparing for major changes in its roster - the organization is starting to look for new players, coaches, and analysts

Yesterday, an intriguing announcement appeared on the official Twitter account of the Japanese team ZETA DIVISION. It mentioned that the organization is now accepting applications for those wishing to join their Valorant roster for the upcoming VCT 2024 season.

Organization representatives reported that the team plans to return to its former glory in the coming year. To achieve this, they need to recruit new players, analysts, and coaches. The team's goal is to win the next regular VCT 2024 season in the Pacific region and participate in the world championship. The main focus is on professionals; as per ZETA representatives, all players over the age of 18 who have reached the Radiant rank and have sufficient knowledge of the Japanese language to communicate with other team members are welcome to apply.

It's still unclear how many individuals the organization plans to incorporate for the new season and which players will remain in the current lineup. It may depend on the number of amateur players eager to enter the professional scene. We'd like to point out that according to the Valorant Champions Tour Global Contract Database, all team members have an active contract until 2026, making it uncertain what will happen with the older players.

A reminder that the current season hasn't been too successful for the Japanese team. The team failed to perform at all major tournaments in 2023, including the world championship, where ZETA DIVISION players didn't even advance from their group, suffering 2 losses from Fnatic and NRG.
