ZETA DIVISION announces recruitment for Valorant academy division

On August 24, the team ZETA DIVISION, one of the leading esports organizations, announced the recruitment of new players for its Valorant academy division.

Earlier, Riot Games announced changes to the format of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025. Starting from the new season, partnered teams will be able to create academy divisions in Challengers, which prompted ZETA DIVISION to start recruiting new players.

It should be noted that academy teams will be allowed to participate in Challengers, but participation in Ascension, where league promotions are determined, will not be available to them.

Main Requirements for Candidates:

  • Experience reaching the Radiant rank in one of the last three acts, including Episode 9 Act 1.
  • No specific preferences for agents and roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.

Additional Conditions:

  • Agreement to forfeit the right to participate in official VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) and Ascension tournaments while part of the academy team.
  • Ability to accept coaching and follow trainers' instructions.
  • No history of using cheats or dishonest methods.
  • Willingness to cooperate with the team's advertisers and partners.
  • Ability to train independently and pursue self-development.
  • High motivation and active participation.
  • For minors: parental consent to participate in the team and its activities.
