Xdll pulls off a 1 vs 5 clutch, FENNEL advances to VCL Japan: Split 1 grand final

On March 30, all the participants of the grand final of the VALORANT Challengers 2024 Japan: Split 1 tournament became known. In this thrilling and tough battle, FENNEL managed to snatch victory from Sengoku Gaming, securing themselves a slot in the final showdown.

This year, the Japanese club FENNEL continues to demonstrate high performance, as evidenced by their first-place finish in the open qualifiers for VCL Japan: Split 1. During the tournament, the club also distinguished itself, advancing through the group stage with only one loss, thereby earning a slot in the battle for the grand final.

However, FENNEL couldn't withstand the pressure from REJECT, sending them to the lower bracket of the tournament. Nevertheless, under the guidance of Ukrainian coach Johnta, the team defeated Sengoku Gaming in a heated match with a score of 3-2, thus securing their spot in the final battle.

During this match, player Yuto "Xdll" Mizomori stood out the most, having joined FENNEL just this year. The young Japanese player pulled off a 1 vs 5 clutch, causing a stir on his Twitter profile. Unfortunately, this round didn't end in success, but thanks to Mizomori's impressive performance, it will be remembered for a long time.

Tomorrow, on March 31, we will see FENNEL in the grand final of VALORANT Challengers 2024 Japan: Split 1 against REJECT. Can they defeat them? Follow the results on our portal bo3.gg.
